     I I messed up my device when I was trying to update it.
    Now I cannot read the screen when I try to scan.
    It just displays garbage. Can someone please email me the original files
    that go on the SD card. My email address is ALFCHI@AOL.COM
    My device Serial Number is MD8112004489.

     Hi. My best guess would be a corrupt sd card.  I would be inclined to log into your accound and download the latest update software @ v6.31. Then i would format the sd card and perform a fresh update to return all the software to v1.0, then re-run the update to get them all to latest versions. The original 4gb card isnt big enough for the updates. So get a new 16gb card with fast read/write speed. It wil take hours to download the files and push through all the updates, start it early and go to the pub!!!  This worked for me but cannot guarantee it for everyone. Regards. Matthew

     Yes, I agreee with your suggestions. Just need to login PC Suit to download all software.
